No, many will claim they do, but it is only that they are expecting it to. Alchohol just amplifies the feeling you already have, if you are sad it makes it worse, if you are pissed off it makes you want to fight. Usually those that think tequilla makes them act wild are in a pertying mood when they drink it so the tequilla just makes it more so. They will want to chill at home, so they drink beer, it just makes them want to chill out.

Now some do tend to give worse hangovers than others, clear liquors are the least likely to do so. Beer and wine aree the worst to give hangovers.

Good question. I've never heard of any real evidence to support this matter but from personal experience I feel a different drunk in relation to what I'm drinking. Wine or beer makes me mellow, whiskey makes me a beligerant a$s, rum is somewhere inbetween, and vodka is a total crapshoot. I do believe that If you drink the same thing regularly you can control it better and your body adapts to it more. What does a drunk know anyway.

I don't know about real scientific evidence of this but I know I have various drunks. There's quite a difference between Tequila Kelly, Vodka Kelly, and Beer Kelly.

Usually Tequila Kelly is the funnest. :)

Definitely!! Beer gives you a burpy, drunk. Mix drinks with sugar and colored liquer give massive hangovers. I found that Vodka is king. Make sure that it is distilled at least 5-6 times like grey goose. Vodka givess you a nice warm, fuzzy high.

I don't know about evidence but I know I'm living proof of the different kinds of drunks that can happen.

I dont know about scientifically, but I have been around people when they have had different kinds of drunk. The most notable is tequila. In my experience, tequila makes people kind of mean and agressive.

Technicall, ethanol is ethanol and that's what whacks your brain cells. All the rest is just flavoring.

From the real world, I can attest that good rum makes one want to sing, whiskey makes one want to fight, and tequila attracts unsmiling people in blue uniforms with badges and guns...

I don't know why, though...

Best wishes!

I know of two people that get nasty (verbal abuse to anyone) and aggressive (picking fights) when they drink rye, they are much more pleasant with vodka. Beats me why but we all make sure to watch that they aren't served the wrong one.
