I was dating this guy for about 3 months…nothing serious just having fun. We decided that we would just be friends. He said he still wanted to hang out. I said fine…I could care less. But he calls like once a month and I don’t here from him. Hes like we need to hang out, and I say I will meet up with you for dinner or something then he says he is too busy…it’s just strange, he does this everytime he calls its getting annyoing. I do not like him like that at all, and I do not call him. He calls me…..or emails and I will respond. It seems to me most guys either cut you dry or they want to remain friends for other reasons, again I dont know what he doing. It could be nothing..........suggestions

It sounds like he's keeping you on a string so that when he's got noone else, he's got you. Or he's really insecure, and he wants to be able to tell people that he's got someone, but he's too busy. Whatever, it's not good. Tell him that you're not interested in going out with him, and that you're okay with being friends, but on your terms, not his.
