Most photographers who are using a digital camera SHOULD (and i do stress the should) be able to digitally enhance your photo without causing it to look fake or "dubbed" in. Though be careful as some photographers cannot do this ... Be sure to ask when booking your session.. also be sure to ask just how much extra something like that is going to cost you .. Not everyone will do something of that nature without hiking the price way up ... Be sure to ask to see examples of there digital enhancement work .. Befores and Afters so you can get a good idea of what it will look like and if its the desired effect your going for .. Though as a photographer if the situation allows i would much rather shoot at an actual location ... but if not i keep an entire archive of locations that can be "dubbed" in for my clients to look through and pick from ... Good Luck to you

Who is organizing this shoot? You or the photog? Yes, the photog if he/she is any good can replace the background but it is easier on a plain solid background. The photographer should have additonal lighting or reflectors to enhance the natural lighting if you are shooting outdoors. That is why you chose him, right, bucause he knows what he is doing. Or is this a friend with a camera? Anything shot is raw is easy to color balance. Just have a white and gray card handy for levels and balance.

Yes the model can be placed into a different background with computer editing.
Don't shoot in the park unless you plan to bring lighting beyond a simple flash. You will spend more time color correcting than shooting.

It is way easier to have the background on the shoot, rather than changing it in PS! I vote on the park. Use a large aperture and throw the bg out of focus.
