What is the Race Track looking feature just east of Mojave in CA?

I found this on Google Maps here:

What is it? I can't seem to find any information on it on the web.

You're probably referring to Hyundai Motor America's new test track, halfway between the City of California City and Highway 14...there were a few commercials filmed there for the '06 and '07 Sonata...the City of CA City wanted Hyundai to build their track there so as to bring more new residents and jobs to that part of Kern County...
