First of all, you should be ashamed of saying: "I hate the shape of my legs!" Some people don't have any legs. They'd be thrilled to death to get their legs back no matter how they looked. I would say that jogging would make your legs look wonderful. I hated my legs when i was a younger woman. But not now.

at 24 hr fitness they have sooooooooooooo many leg exercises. they help a lot!!

Jog, or ride your bike. Do the stairmaster also helps.
