neither jesus or the disciples or us is God, God is only one, unique and indivisible, and jesus, the prophets, disciples, and us, we took our power from him to perform miracles, but that doesnt mean we are god, or a disciple is god, or that jesus is god.

The power to do miracles wasn't done by Jesus as a man, nor by the Apostles. Miracles are done by the Power of the Holy Spirit through Jesus and others. Jesus gave us the example of how to let God work through Him as He relied on the The Holy Spirit. Only God has the power and so He is the only One that is God. God can do miracles through anyone that is willing to be a conduit for His power. It takes a willingness to draw close to Him, seeking and obeying His will.

The only way Jesus's disciples could do those miracles was with Jesus. And Jesus would say he couldnt do the things he did without his father. All the power comes from the Creator. Jesus was given to us from God.

No, the disciples were not gods in the true sense of the word. They did use God's power to perform miracles in the name of Jesus Christ. It is a gift given to all believing Christians. However, to use the gift requires total faith. But, not many of us have the strength in our faith to do these things. But there are those who do. Jesus Christ is the Almighty God who humbled Himself and became like an ordinary man so that we could relate to Him. He is God incarnate. He is called the Son of God because He came to us in human form. He didn't have superpowers, He created them. All power is given by God. Even Satan's power is given by God, and God is in total control. Satan can do nothing without God's permission. Even worldly power is under God's control. We think we elected our president. But, the reality is that God placed him in that position for His own purposes. And that doesn't mean that our president is necessarily a good or bad president. It simply means that God wants him in power for reasons of His own. Sometimes God lets people make a mess of things so that He can show us that He is the true and living God. Peace.

Jesus was Gods son, God manifest himself as a man Jesus.
If you are a christian and you belive that Jesus died for your sins and was raised from the dead and you confess this outloud you are saved. If you are saved then Jesus becomes a part of your spirit. There's a bible verse that says that all things are possible for those who belive in me, Jesus saying this of course,. So the ideal is that if you have enough unquestioning faith in Jesus that you will be able to perform miracles too. atleast that's the impression that i've come up with.

The disciples were able to do those miracles by the power of the Holy Spirit, which Jesus Christ gave to them. They were men too who had sinned and needed a savior.

No, they were not gods. There is only one God. Jesus is God in the form of man, so no, he is not just a man w/ super powers. No miracle was performed outside of the power of God. When the disciples performed miracles it was becuase God had endowed them with the power to do so. It was always God's power that truly executed the miracle.

Jesus may have been able to perform miracles because he was a prophet. In the OT, however, it says that for a prophet to claim he caused the miracle, and not God, is a sin.

The miracles of the Old Testament, the miracles of the New TRestament, the miracles of Jesus - all were done by the power of God, not by "supermen". Jesus' followers did do many miraculous things but many miraculous things still occur today. I can give you hundreds, thousands of accounts of people being miraculously healed, delivered of habits, etc. All done by the power of the Holy Spirit working in ordinary people.
god bless

neither the disciples or us are gods, God gave them the power to do His miracles when He went back to Heaven so His work could continue, and yes when Jesus came down in heaven form He did have 'powers' i guess you could say, but truth is He still does.

no we will not be gods, do not fall into the mormon doctrine.
No one is equal to God!
God gave them these powers to heal--it is only THROUGH God they could do these things, because of their FAITH, without faith they could of done nothing. And of course there are false prophets who say they are healing, but only out for their own gain.
Jesus is God, he defeated death after the cross. Also the Bible speaks of Him as God, John 1:1 and Rev 1:7
Plus John 10 many references.
Isaiah 40:13
Who has understood the mind of the LORD, or instructed him as his counselor?
