â is used in French and when used in a word is pronounced like the letter 'a'. Eg. ate. € is the symbol for the currency 'Euro' which is the currency used in most of the countries belonging to the European Union.

the a thing is a French letter. it is an A with an accent, and the other thing is the Euro sign. like the Eorpean money
