yes, I did it! it tastes very good at first, but then it gets boring! I made a real big pot of soup, put lots of tomatoes flavor in it, but there is only so much you can eat of it, before you get kinda gassy...Lil

also put some beans in it for extra fiber, but don't forget the beano or gas-x...with it!

Yes, I used to use it to kick start a weight loss campaign. If you like soup it doesn't get boring like everyone said. I make it delicious! You should do other things, not just eat the soup, though so that you are kick starting something good, a lifestyle change so to speak. With that momentum you will be encouraged to continue to take better care of yourself. Be sure to do generally smart things. Take a good multivitamin, drink near a gallon of water, do some sort of cardio and consider stretching and weight training. I've heard people recommend AGAINST using the diet because you loose water and lean muscle, but I didn't have ANY adverse effects. That could be because I'm pretty muscular, but again, I had no adverse effects.

It works but not in a long term. This soup is intended for only 7 days, and trust me after the 3rd day it gets really boring. If you stick to it, you might lose 5 to 10 pounds. Of course you need to exercise and maintain a well balance diet after-wards, if you don't you will gain back what you lost.

The best way to loose weight is to:
1) exercise at least 30 minutes a day.....exercise is needed not just to loose weight but for the body to feel better make you strong and healthy.

2) Eat smaller portions and through out the day. Try a healthier breakfast with fiber and or fruits but don't mix. A heavy but healthy lunch, a light dinner I would recomend raw or steem vegetables and/or salads with no bad oils or smaller amounts of oils. Drink lots of water but spread it through the day......as well.

3) Have enough rest.........a good sleep will help. if you can not sleep the exercise and the poor diet will only make you feel worse.

EXTRA) You may also add either or all of these to your diet to improve on your shape much faster: Add 1 oz. of wheat grass every three days, drink Limu, drink herb teas instead of soda, don't smoke, don't drink, and most of all keep positive about your new life style.

cabbage soup is not a diet... it's a soup and no - don't go on a diet consisting of cabbage soup.
If you are serious about losing weight, you need to balance your diet with fruit, veggies, protien and carbs. Excerise, activity and rest.

Yes, it does...cabbage is an antioxidant, and it works very well. But that soup gets very boring and bland.

Sure it works while that's all your eating. Go back to eating normal good food, and gain it all back.
