Egg substitute....
1 egg = 2 tbsp corn starch
1 egg = 2 tbsp arrowroot flour
1 egg = 2 tbsp potato starch
1 egg = 1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water
1 egg = 1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
1 banana = 1 egg in cakes.
Commercially prepared egg substitute products made from egg whites can replace all or some of the whole eggs in almost any recipe where the eggs are beaten. You can also make your own egg substitute. For every dozen egg whites, mix 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil. Substitute 1/3 cup of this mixture for each whole egg to be replaced in the recipe. Or you can simple replace each whole egg with 1 ½ to 2 egg whites.
Egg yolks enrich and thicken soups, but they also add fat and cholesterol. If this is a concern, substitute 2 egg whites for every whole egg called for in a soup recipe or use 1 whole egg and substitute the egg whites for a second or third egg.
Hope this can help you! Good luck!..._;-)

Condensed milk is a good substitute for eggs. half tin condensed milk for every 2.5 cups of flour used in the recipe. 1 egg = 1 heaped tablespoon soya powder or 1/4 cup tofu 1 egg = 2 heaped tbsp potato starch or arrowroot powder.
Commercial egg substitutes like "Egg Beaters" are actually just eggwhites, colored and flavored to resemble whole beaten eggs. So, if you're alleric to eggs, they're not a solution. They're also expensive, so rather than bake with Egg Beaters, I would just use two egg whites to replace one egg. This will work if you're concerned about the fat/cholesterol in eggs -- it's all in the yolk..
