You could always do "wall push-ups"...stand about 2 feet away from a wall, put your hands flat on the wall, and do slow "push-ups"...like 10-15. Start with one set (group) of 10-15, and then, as you feel stronger, build up to 3....doesn't take much time, and if you do it slowly and deliberately, it WILL build up your muscles. Then, when you feel stronger and more confident, work up to "modified push-ups" where you do push-ups on the floor (use a step to put your hands on if you still need the incline to build your muscles up) with your knees on the floor. After a few weeks/months (however long it takes you to feel comfortable) of those, then work up to doing groups of those with only 1-3 REGULAR push-ups. And build up from there, remembering to still do the modified push-ups if you get tired, but to do as many regular push-ups until you no longer have to do modified push-ups.

This doesn't have to take forever. Be gentle with yourself and allow one day in between for your muscles to rest. If your muscles tremor and hurt, try eating a banana for Potassium, which will keep you from having cramping. Stretch on your days off, and stretch before and after you work out as well. This will cut down on your muscles hurting.

The same goes for a leg or stomach work-out. Do something simple, like a wall-supported lunge or body twists, and slowly work your way up to more complicated things AS YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. Don't go off of anyone else's workout routines, as you know better as to what shape you're in or how long it will take you to feel comfortable.

And try to look at yourself in a positive way - it will make you feel better about what you CAN do. Be proud of what you have accomplished, even if it seems insignificant to you. Remember that the turtle won the race, not the rabbit, and if you take it slow and steady, you'll be stronger and more fit than those people who go and do some rushed job/diet to get the body they want.

start slow and small .. try doing women push ups and using light weights .. this way you can build up muscle .. do a few sets of push ups and crunches and run .. running is great .. it builds up speed and endurance .. and women get most of our power from our thighs .. there really isnt another way to tone up naturally .. if you're just going for skinnny then diet .. but defining your muscles you need to work out .. try yoga .. its kind of boring but very relaxing
