Hi~I don't know anything about North Carolina, but you SHOULD be able to find it in the phone book. If you don't know the name of the city, I think you could go on line for State services & maybe you could find it.
Please, please ignore the other DRAGON who has "cloned" me for two days. If you call that number, you'll probably get charged on your phone bill & it won't be the number you want at all. Believe me! Good luck!

They should have a toll free number so you could call toll free assistance @ 1-800-555-1212 and ask...
