I think you are probably right. I would approach him and ask him out and see what happins. I have past up several woman cause I was shy, didn't put the moves on a girl and regretted it afterwards.Alot of guys are afraid of rejection. I think maybe I was when I was younger. Hope that helps

In my opinion, if a woman only notices a man's sexual advances, there may be a serious problem with her self esteem. In that case, you need to look at your self respect and self esteem instead of pining after some man who wants to get in your pants.
