att.com when do you cash a check payment, and when do you deduct from my bank?

From 9/06 to 1/o7 you deducted from bank and did not cash my check. So I did not send a check in later Jan. You did not deduct from my bank and sent a bill for two mo. (one over due)

They converted your checks to ACHs. Then, when you didn't pay, they billed you for 2 months. Call them!
