it's best to play these hands in late position. You can even raise with these hands in late position..Ideally, on the button. If you face any heat at all, you can lay it down. If it's checked to you, you can bet and hopefully take it down. Even if you hit the flop, bet or raise on the button. Be aggressive, until someone raises you, then you have to evaluate....if you have a big draw, you can call and try and hit your hand.

Whoa, that's a vague question, but it depend on your chips stack size, your image at the table, the style of your opponents, if there is a raise or re-raise behind you.....etc. Basically late position, but that's the kind of hand you want be careful with. It can easily be dominate.
