A common problem with men - we are hot creatures!
Him - sleep without a top on to start and with bedding turned down below his shoulders. Early morning when he cools he can change all this. Opening windows clears the bedroom but will not help him - he needs moving air from a fan directed at him; again maybe for the first half of the night. Don't increase his heat by sleeping too close [perhaps you need a larger bed??]. He needs lots of showers, maybe a sauna to open his skin pores.

On a slightly more serious note....is he sweating profusely every night? Are the bed covers wet? If so, he should make an appointment for a check up with his doctor...night sweats CAN be a symptom of other things.

There's not much you can do darling. I type from experience, my bf is exactly the same. I leave 2 windows in our bedroom open slightly to keep the cool air circulating but this doesn't change anything really. Infact I laugh because he is such hot stuff anblimey you should see him when he really gets going (WINK) My little girl joins me in our room and when she sits on my bf's side of the bed she said she can smell the difference lol.

Keep the windows open a little at night, snuggle you hot bloke if you get too cold and just change your bedding a little more regular than usual.

Make sure the bedroom is nice and airy eg keep the window open etc might help a bit or ask him to maybe see the doc if it is that excessive, he could have a problem with his glands.

my husband also sweats allot at night and it not because he is hot, we have found that if he has a tee shirt that he doesn't sweat, but ask your doctor because sometimes there are reasons why people sweat at night. good luck

Oh, I know your pain, mine does the same thing. I call him my own personal heater :). There's not much you can do besides turn down the temp. or use a lighter blanket at night. I just kinda got used to it as gross as that sounds.
