You don't have to do anything but be yourself and if he don't notice you, it wasn't meant to be. Sometimes you can play hard to get with that person it would be fun, just be careful.

The question is so general. Some guys or girls will never fall for the opposite sex. If the person shows some sign though, you can show him that you care. Ask him out?

If its meant to be, it'll happen. you shouldn't have to make them fall, it just kinda happens. You can make yourself available for it to happen, but you cant make it happen.
