Would it be too outlandish for someone to call him "good" after hearing of all these miracles and healings?

Yet Jesus said he is not 'good', Many Christians say Jesus was absolutely perfect and never sinned because he was divine,
yet Jesus was still born of the flesh, and tempted as such, was able to perform miracles and still refused to be called 'good'...?

Christ did have this quality of moral excellence, but would not accept “Good” as a title, saying to one who addressed him as “Good Teacher”: “Why do you call me good? Nobody is good, except one, God.” (Mr 10:17, 18)
He recognized God as the ultimate standard of what is good.

Mmmm-I guess I would consider those things 'good'. I think having a human bodyand living to be an adult for several years but not getting married or having children sets a bad example.
I believe other half-men, half-gods were also storied to have performed miracles and healings. Hercules is one example but I've read there were others. Dionysis was one...Those are Greek references (obviously) but Buddha might be one and I'm sure there are some Hindu examples.
