my nose wont stop running. fluid keeps on coming out and at time boogers leak through. it isnt very attractive but my nose is so stuffed with junk.

My daughter is the exact same way. At first they tried to say that she had allergies and gave her all kinds of different medications and nose sprays. Then they said she wasnt being taken care of properly because she was getting repeat sinus infections, (i had to fight that one tooth and nail) and come to find out, she does have chronic sinusitus. A specialist also found that all of her nasal pasages are smaller than what they should be causing any liquid or sinus discharge to continuously drip out. So on top of having to continuosly wipe her nose, she has to undergo surgery every other year.... a proceedure where they go in and break her nose and flush out all of her sinus passages under and around both of her eyes...she does good no runny nose no nothing for a good year and a half then it starts all over again...because her passages are smaller than what they should be...maybe you need to see a specialist.

To stop your runny nose get an over the counter antihistamine (check your local drugstore in the cold/allergy section).
To help clear your nose, try using a neti pot. Neti pots have been used for thousands of years for nasal cleaning. You can get a neti pot at your local health food store or on-line for $5-15.
Neti pots look like little teapots. They can be made of plastic or ceramic. To use, fill the neti pot with warm water and then add non-iodine salt or sea salt. The tip of the neti pot is then inserted into the nose and warm salted water is allowed to flow through the nasal passages (caused irrigation). The procedure takes about a minute.
I used to have bad allergies and lots of sinus problems. I use a neti pot everyday (morning and evening when I wash up and brush my teeth).

You need some allergy medicine! Go to the grocery store, you can get some over the counter. Saline really helps if your nose is raw on the inside. Squirt some up your nose and it will help loosen up the junk that is stuck in there.

Go to your pharmacy/local grocery store and purchase a bottle of Saline Nasal Spray - it's safe, non antihistamine spray that will eventually help heal and stop that annoying leakage...along with going to the doctor to see whether you have an allergy that can be addressed with a prescription or removal of the offending agent.

Just breath it back in and swallow it
Flicking it onto windows, tv screens, backs of passing people and ceilings is also not to be sneezed at.

take antihistamines? or just get normal medicine for that? blow ur nose for starters
