Is it possible to wear Stetsons as part of the air force uniform?

Sorry, but that's a definite NO. Air Force Instruction 36-2903, Dress and Personal Appearance of Air Force Personnel, only allows for the wear of the standard blue flight cap or the "wheel cap" for men and the "bucket cap" for women while in blues and the applicable cap for the BDU and DCU. There are some minor exceptions to the rule (e.g., flight helmets for pilots and flight crew, no hats at all for flightline personnel, etc.) but Stetsons are not authorized.

Uh, no. Not even the campaign hats the MTIs wear are made by Stetson. Those are made by Stratton.
