No. Pepsin is an enzyme that breaks down protein strands in the stomach so that your intestine can digest them. It cleaves proteins following peptide residues containing a carboxylic acid. There would be no reason to put it in cola, and although pepsin may be in pig blood, if it is, it's in your blood too.

No, they originally did but don't now. Pepsi was named after pepsin. Although this is a common myth it is not true. Neither Pepsi nor Coca Cola contain pepsin.
