I worked 3 different jobs. I made a total of $25,550.29 and had $2311.31 in federal taxes withheld and $398.53 of State taxes withheld. I am a dependent, no one can claim me and I claim only myself on my W2's. i want to go do my taxes however I want to know if i will be getting money back or if im going to have to pay. Also can you claim toll as a tax deduction? Any help would be very much appericated.

Based on the limited info above, you should be getting a whopping $123 back Federal. How much state would depend on which state.

No, tolls are not deductable if they are paid just commuting back and forth to work.

Your question doesn't give all the info needed, so I'm making a few assumptions. First of all, you say you are a dependent, then say no one can claim you - I assume you meant to say you are NOT a dependent. I'm also assuming that you are not married, and that you don't have any dependents, and that you take the standard deduction and don't itemize, and that this income was all on W-2's. Your taxable income would be $17,100 and your total tax would be $2191, so you'd get a refund of around $120. If you have any adjustments or credits, like college tuition or interest on student loans, then your refund might be larger. You'd be able to use a 1040EZ to do your federal taxes.

No, you can't claim tolls as a deduction - I assume you're talking about tolls going to work and back.

www.irs.gov, individual, free file. This will answer your question and possibly get you a free state and federal tax return.
Tolls can be a deduction, but to itemize on your Federal return, you will need more deductions than your Standard deduction.
Also, if you worked more than one job on a given day, the mileage in between jobs is deductible.

good luck & bless
