Is it normal for a freshman in high school to not have a girlfriend, since i'm a guy and 14??

Social peer pressure to have a GF in High School is enormous, i know. But the reality is that it does not matter. I am an adult age 42 and I never had a GF in high school at all and it bugged me, but i ended up having a very plentiful dating life after HS. Dont rush it, it will all come to ya

This is very normal! There is nothing wrong with not having a girlfriend at the age of 14. I was my now husbands first girlfriend and we started dating when he was 17. So don't worry a girl will come along for you. Your just saving yourself early heartaches. Hope this helps.

well something like this can't be lumped into a category. most people are diffrent , as you already know some people have an easy time getting mates while others don't you not having a girlfriend is normal. your only a freshman give it sometime.
p.s there are girls your age asking this question all the time. u should look for them ....lol

Dude i am a freshman also,im popular, the tallest in the whole highschool,i look good i guess and i dont have a girlfriend and i havnt yet.I am one of those "nice guys" that gets walked all over so whatever.You arent the only one so hope it makes you feel better.

Oh absolutely! I didn't have a girlfriend from K through 12. Not a one! So Yea, it's absolutely normal. Then again, I'm gay so, normal for me anyway. I don't really know about u. Sorry!

nah its normal. a few of my guy friends didnt have a gf til 18 years old even. unless you already found a girl that your really happy with, dont even trip!! i didnt have my first actual boyfriend until i was 17. plus, less drama for you.
