WHY DO YOU WANT A GUY THAT ALREADY HAS A GIRLFRIEND??? FIND YOUR OWN BOYFRIEND.

Do it in a tasteful and discrete way, and be subtle with it.
You may just be having a terrible crush because LOVE isn't just that way. Love develops over some time and is never selfish.
The fact that he already has a girl but so you say , he's still eyes you indicates he's still "looking around. Love entails commitment and "he likes me 2" maybe he's just being polite and nice. Don't be too straightforward and aggressive. It's more flattering for us girls to be pursued and courted.
Let us put it this way.....I presume you don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, so how do you think it would feel like if YOU were the girlfriend and somebody wants to get your guy on her side? Unless its OK with you for your guy to have " several others on the side", then go ahead.

best thing u can do is find u someone else. b/c he already has a girl so there wouldn't be any room for u. Besides u wouldnt want some girl trying to take ur man now would u? Waite and see what happends and in the mean time date someone else. Those who are togther to day might not be together tomorrow. trying to get him to come to u will only bring problems in yalls relationship and it want work. if he leaves his girl for u then what would make u think he wouldn't leave u for some other girl. U want win this one better off trying to find some other guy whois single then to mess this one up. it will only bring u heart ache in the end.

I am sure that you and this would like to guy get closer together but do you actually know for sure he knows this?! You are aware he has a girlfriend, which would not be wise to break up unless he decides to break it off with her. If he does not want to date you then he needs to say so, find out what his commitment is to his girl and if it is serious then you need to leave him alone and move on. If he breaks it off with her and wants to date you then go for it but don't get in the middle of the relationship just because you want him. Talk to him before you make any further decisions. Just don't move to fast or it won't work out.

First question is-If this man REALLY likes you, why can't he like you enough to leave his girlfriend and be with you? Ask yourself this question-and then answer it. He wants to have his current girlfriend and have you too. Now most women I know are not on board with a man being with two women unless she is bisexual-but I assume for this matter you want a man who is faithful. Look, you can't really do anything to make him leave his girlfriend unless he knows in his soul he wants to leave on his own free will. You can't force this relationship to happen by mean tricks because if you do-your relationship with him will be doomed from the start and it will finish rather quickly. when that happens, you will regret you went through all the trouble of trying to get this guy.
So my advice is to just be his friend-and find yourself GUYS that are not seeing anyone who are interested in you and date all of them! If you date more than one guy, it's ok; as long as you are not dumb enough to confuse dating with sex and they do not either!!! Anyway, when you date you at least 3 men-you will be able to compare what you like about all of them and narrow down which guy you like the most and find you Mr. Right. In the meantime-if the guy with the other girl sees you moving on with your life-he will know that he has to get real and dump his current girlfriend to be with you because you will not play anyone's second or be the other woman-he will see you can have any guy you like and you don't need him. If he truly likes you, he'll get envious and dump his girlfriend to get his chance to be with you.

Check this out, if he really want you he would leave his girl friend already for you... But look like he's not doing that... He just might be saying he likes you because he want that booty call, don't fall for his game... Just find another guy that is single.... I am single :)
If anything I just hope that he's not playing you, cuz any guy would leave his gf and be with some girl he likes or love... Good Luck

The key word here is "taken". If he really likes you then he will come to you by himself. If you try to make him come to you then you will be the bad guy. If you feel he is worth waiting around for then do but let him take his chance with the girl he is with now.

If you make him come to you, then he is the kind of guy who can be stolen from his girlfriend by another woman. Sooner or later yet another woman will probably steal him from you. Is that what you want? Much better to wait until your feelings for him wear off naturally, or his feelings for his current gf wear off naturally.
