FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH FRESH
RASPBERRY SAUCE
CAKE:
6 eggs
6 oz. best quality chocolate
9 oz. whipped cream (heavy cream)
1/2 pt. fresh raspberries for garnish
RASPBERRY SAUCE:
1/2 pt. raspberries
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
You will need a mixer with a wire whip attachment, a 10 inch cake pan and a second pan larger than 10 inches for a water bath. Heat the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. Whip the eggs to full volume in mixer. Fold the eggs into the chocolate, then fold in the whipped cream. Blend well.
Pour into a 10 inch pan that has been brushed with butter and sprinkled with sugar. Bake cake in water bath with water coming up about 1 inch on the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Turn out of pan onto cake plate. Make raspberry sauce by combining all ingredients and bringing them to a boil. Strain and cool the sauce. Garnish the cake with fresh raspberries and serve with the sauce.

Buying a box of cake mix would be easiest, you usually just need to add oil and eggs and water, I think, it tells you everything right on the box, and you won't need to go through having to find all the individual ingredients for a homemade cake. A box cake mix is really simple once you start it. And don't forget the can of frosting!

choclate trifle
1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup water
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (1.5 ounce) bar chocolate candy
DIRECTIONS
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and cool completely. Cut into 1 inch squares.
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, water and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until smooth, then fold in 8 ounces whipped topping until no streaks remain.
In a trifle bowl or glass serving dish, place half of the brownies, half of the pudding mixture and half of the 12 ounce container of whipped topping. Repeat layers. Shave chocolate onto top layer for garnish. Refrigerate 8 hours before serving.

50 min 30 min prep
Change to: 9x13 pan US Metric
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1 container Cool Whip
2/3 cup coconut
1/2 cup pecan pieces
Bake cake mix as directed.
Remove from oven.
Using a fork, poke holes all over top of cake.
pour sweentened condensed milk over cake, spread evenly.
pour carmel topping over cake, spread evenly.
refrigerate until completely cooled.
spread cool whip over top of cake.
combine coconut and pecan pieces.
Sprinkle evenly over top.
Easy Oreo Ice Cream Cake
1 container Cool Whip
1 (1/2 gallon) container mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 package Oreo cookies
Allow the ice cream to melt in a large bowl till it is just a thick, soupy mixture.
Crush the entire package of Oreos in a food processor.
Mix the melted ice cream and the cool whip together.
Take a 9 by 13 pan and layer the Oreos and the ice cream mixture.
Start with the ice cream and then add Oreos then the ice cream and so on.
Put it in the freezer over night or at least 8 hours covered in plastic wrap and then serve with dribbled chocolate sauce on top.
Easy Peach Cake
40 min 10 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
FOR CAKE
1 can sliced peaches (, drained & Mashed)
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
FOR ICING
1/2-1 cup oleo
1 can Milnot Sweetened Condensed Milk or evaporated milk, plus 1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
Mix all Cake Ingredients together and pour into a greased& floured 9x13 Pan.
BAKE 20 to 25 minutes AT 350 degrees.
WHILE BAKING: Make Icing.
COOK Icing Ingredients until thick& pour over Cake While HOT.
Easy Hawaiian Cake with Icing
55 min 10 min prep
Change to: servings US Metric
Easy Hawaiian Cake
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar (I use 1 and 3/4)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 (20 ounce) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Easy Hawaiian Cake Icing
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
For cake: Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
If using glass pan, bake at 325 degrees.
Otherwise, bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
Check for doneness using toothpick.
For icing: Mix all ingredients together and keep frost cool cake.
Keep in refrigerator.
Will keep for a long time.
