Not all witches are Wiccan, not all Wiccans practice spellcraft (and therefore aren't witches).
And who cares what your Bible says but people who believe it?

Are you.... insane? You say they're the same thing, yet you honestly know NOTHING about them. You need to learn about something before you start making that completely ignorant statement. I don't give one damn what your bible says. It also says not to eat shellfish, or wear clothing of mixed fibers.
A Wiccan MAY be a witch but not all Wiccans are witches. Anyone can be a witch, from any religion, because witchcraft is a PRACTICE, not a religion.
What do you think about witchcraft causes harm to someone? Wiccans live by Harm None (that includes yourself) which is their first and most important law....
I can smell someone that has no clue what they're talking about at all. You need to research something in order to debate it, you know. And so that you don't look like an idiot when you try to say how horrible it is.
Do your research. There are lots of places on the web for it.

Wicca is a religion and some who are Wiccan will also call themselves witches. Not all witches however, are Wiccan. See link below to explain. From what I know of Wicca and neo-paganism they are very peaceful, tolerant, environmentally focused religion. So far they have a much better track record with not harming others than Christianity. No I'm not bashing Christianity just your presumptions and intolerance. Wicca and neopaganism are relatively new religions (although based on religions older than Christianity) and don't have the numbers of followers and time length Christianity has had to mess up with. I feel much less worried about these religions harming the world than I do about the big three monotheistic religions.

I have heard a wiccan or 2 call themselves a witch. As for wiccans I just think it's a new agey thing thats not harming anyone. There not really destroying anyone or anything but if thats what u truly want to believe well then I'm not going to try to convert u. Just be warned treat others as u would want others to treat u. So far u sound kind of mean so I would expect others to send u more meaner repilys to this.

Wicca is quite distinct from Witchcraft. Witchcraft is, simply put, the use of folk magic. Folk magic employs charms, herbs, incantations or simple rituals to cause a desired effect - usually to create, protect, or destroy something. Witchcraft is a near universal practice, found in every culture, throughout the whole of history. It is not a distinct religion with distinct rituals and beliefs of it's own - but exists symbiotically within the context of a larger cultural or religious complex, making use of its rituals, symbols, and customs. Wicca, on the other hand, is a distinct religion, with a set theology, rituals, and customs that differentiate it from other religions, and from our secular society.
As for the second part of your question; Wiccan's generally go by their rede which is something to the effect of "do what thou will, as long as it harms none". They believe in the 3 fold law, that is everything you do comes back on you three-fold.

First of all Wiccans don't believe in causing harm to others as they believe that everything that a person does comes back to them threefold whether it be good or bad.

Then the Bible is wrong.
Witches are people. People can make mistakes, but it's not Magick that is to blame.
