The 72 'virgins' are more like female djinns or genies. There are a total of 72. Everybody shares, and NOBODY touches. That's what keeps them virgins!
Imagine spending eternity with a Playboy Magazine as your reward, while everyone else gets to experience REAL LOVE!

~~~Meat,,,, The number "72" in this culture is a similar usage when we use the term " a few" it doesn't mean "exactly 3",,,, or the Chinese use the exact number "10,000" to mean "a whole bunch", "a lot", or even "infinity". It is meant as a General Term, not a Specific.,,, and how could the almighty allah, who provides EVERYthing, possibly run out of ANYthing?

Don't worry about it if you are not Muslim.
It is of the Islam faith.
That is why they blow themselves up. In order to go to heaven and Get the 72 virgins. Quite a mentality. Based in The physical. I could get graphic but I won't.

This is a misconception about Islam that has been purported by poor media coverage. Muslims do NOT have to kill "infidels" to go to heaven. In fact, it's quite the opposite. True followers of Islam follow the path of peace. Those who kill innocents unjustly will be sent to Hell.
