How can i find pc help & tools in all programs?

I have windows xp and trying to make a recovery disc. pc help & tools does not show in my all programs list.

Press F1 and Help and Support window will appear

Depends on what model of computer you have, you might have Recovery tools. But if you are trying to use the built in feature that computers with windows XP then go to start > programs > Accessories > Tools > System Restore Tool

Click START, there should be an icon for Help and Support.
