I rejoined the gym 2 months ago after I hadnt been for a year and yeah I feel much better.

Gosh, yes! After work I do a mile at the local track (tomorrow I'm upping it to 2 miles!) and it's a HUGE boost to my sexiness! (not just how I look and feel, but how I look and feel to my hubby!)
