That's a loaded question!!! This is what you wrote. What is the quickest way to make "you" hair grow down to "my" waist?
Don't know how you can make it grow quickly, but try taking a multi vitamin daily and eating proper. I wouldn't try any of those get long hair schemes might make your hair fall out.

Well you could get hair extentions! No shampoo that I know of. Make sure you get a trim to cut off the dead ends every few weeks and brush your hair a lot.

theres no shampoo. but sum1 once told me dat after a week if you cut like half a cm of hair every week then it grows faster. even though your cutting your hair the growth of the hair gets much quicker.

use protein conditioners and shampoo. also put whipped eggs in your hair as a conditioner. you can put a heating cap on or just put your hair in a shower cap when it is conditioning with the eggs.
