Looks like 30 years from the victim's 18th birthday.

And, btw, it's statute of limitations, not statue.

The statue of limitations on stautory rape should be life.
If you rape anyone you deserve more than the courts could ever give you. Any one whole hurts another person or takes whats not theres should get what they dish out.

Think about what the victim goes through for the rest of there life;because of what happen to them. So ask this, what is the statue of limitations on rape to the victim? And if you dont know its life.
