NO not at all. he's not feminine! Same over here, there is a guy tat likes me and he like touching/playing with my hair(it made me happy thought). Unless you yourself don't like or very weird to you.

touching/playing hair action mean he care for you, wanna be with you.

this types of guy are more likely to be caring, secure, more easy to express their feeling thought.

you using the word "boy" mean you are very young, the most is 12-16 years old. Right?

Why would it be feminine for a guy to touch your hair? I touch my wife's hair all the time and she loves it.

Why would you not want a guy to hold you?

Macho men are not healthy. If your understanding of men is based upon how macho they are, you do not understand men. Macho men repress their emotions and generally are not good in social situations.

It is time for men to be men and not attempt to look tough. Because under every tough guy is a sick little boy who never got to grow up.

Take care,
Troy

No, it's not feminine. You sound a little young, but as you get older and especially when you become married, you'll grow to realize that men are all babies! They want to be babied all the time and they have a softer side they show only to their significant other. lol...so get to know that!

This is a sign that hes affectionate for you and pays attention to what can calm you down or how to pamper you.

Whenever a guy is whipped or has a crush, they usually act more feminine.

You must be about 13. Go back to school, get your education and worry about boys when you're smart enough to answer this question on your own.

It is called affection. Not everything needs to be sexual to be "male." He is showing genuine care and love. I have a male best friend who is like this with the woman he is dating and she feels deeply respected by him. This is a very secure man you are with in my opinion.

No, some men are obsessed with hair, especially long hair. It might be what draws you to him.
