Ladies, to be honest - it all depends on the guy.
If he's mature, he doesn't mind telling you how he feels; he won't fear rejection because he knows how he feels - point blank. He won't mind telling you things that are intimate (feelings, etc) and won't mind introducing you to his family and being seen in public.
If he's playing you, he'll avoid public places (for fear of being caught); he'll avoid events where he must be himself.
Mostly, guys that play women rely more on performance rather than being himself.
If you see a guy acting out or putting on a show while you're with him, 9 times out of 10, he is playing you......this is real talk.

I've learned the hard way. I am glad to share my experience with you...(LOL). Here are some signs that he's playing you:
1. You only see him or hear from him when he needs or wants something
2. He doesn't show much interest in you in general - never asks about how your day went, how you are, etc.
3. He bails at the moment you need him most
4. Spends his time flirting/talking/texting other females and then gets angry if you ask him about it
5. Thinks its okay to stay in your business, but informs you to stay out of his
6. Stands you up for something as small as hanging out or as big as a dinner date
7. "Stops by" just for sex
8. He lies to you - i.e. he tells you that he'll be at a certain spot and he's not
9. All of his guy friends know the details of your relationship...from the BR to other areas (if he cared he wouldn't do that!)
10. He makes you feel like you owe him/need to pay him back for things like dinner or a movie - there should be no strings attached.
