BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate it when those idiots come into my business and their cell phones keep ringing non stop. (making drug deals in many cases)
The UK has a "Phone Buster" that will nullify all cell phone activity in a given area. The cost a little over $300 and are illegal in the US. I'm going to get one and I could care less about the legalities of it.

It can be a bit annoying at times for sure and that is the reason I will not have one. That does not mean that they do not have a place and time though but I cannot see how anyone would want to chat on it and drive at the same time. I think that unless it is an emergency no one wants to be pinged at all hours of the day even as they are shopping. I can see owning one for emergencies but in my opinion it is nice to get away from calls once in a while.
I really find it annoying with the text messaging that so many are using. Especially the ones who do this all day. Whatever happened to communication?

It annoyed the mess out of me when I worked retail and people who did not have their own mobiles because they were electronic simple or cheapos or whatever the case may be asked to use the stores phone all the time BUT I did fine when I cancelled mine for a few months because I am not a blabber mouth - some girls seem to think it is neccessary for survival. I will say this though; I feel much safer knowing that should I have an accident I can call my husband or an ambulance ASAP.

I so agree! I think it shows how insecure people are that they have to have a freakin phone on all the time. I can survive without having to miss a call on a daily basis. That is why I own an answering machine at home! I survived 30+ yrs this way and still am managing!

Drive now, talk later. How DID we manage to live before the mobile phone? Just think, people took messages and other people actually returned your calls...not like today where they look at the little screen and decide whether or not to bother to answer...even when they know it's you.

What's the difference between using a mobile or lighting, then smoking a *** in the car? Especially as you get plebs that do it with matches. Or people that change CDs or chat to passengers. Are you going to strap peoples' heads to their chairs and hands to the steering wheel?!
If you can't talk and drive at the same time then there's something wrong with you.

I have had 2 mobiles in my lifetime and used both of them as alarm clocks. I always forget to take it out and refuse to put credit on it, I still use payphones!! Why do I have on?? Who knows but I know I don't need one. I do however use it to check the weather forcast and ebay while I'm in bed if I'm feeling lazy. Drivers using mobiles....weapons on mass destruction, never mind Saddam!!

I agree that people shouldn't use cell phones while driving I dont if I get a call while I am driving I just wait till I get to where I am going and check on the message or call them back its just common sense.....however I see people lacking that now a days you know.

No. Just make more regulations on them, like no driving while talking on cell phone, or no noise pollution by making a loud ringtone.
