Either it got into something like puppies tend to do or it has a tendency to bacteria and you should monitor the type and amount of food it eats. Low fat is best for puppies with sensitive stomachs.

the infection could be back if u didn't sterilize ur house when it got sick the first time. when u go and get ur antibiotic again and start giving to it, then sterilize where ever the dog lays and eats at. that should take care of it.

Also, be sure to crate your dog when you can not supervise him. This will greatly reduce the chances that he is ingesting something that is leading him to getting sick.

Always walk him on leash to be sure that he is not getting into something in the yard that is making him sick.
