can anyone tell me how to get media file to play on my web site?

i have the media player shell but having problems writing in the file for it to play. anyone got any idea's!

Quick way without calling the precise WMP player..

cannot play clip

Replace "http://whatever/content.ext" with the location of the content, replace width and weight to your needs.
Be sure to upload (if not already) the content before using it on your site.
