William:
Hoodia doesn't "make you lose weight." Despite the marketing hype and all the bogus advertising claims out there, hoodia diet pills don't burn fat, increase metabolism, or "magically" melt the fat away.
All hoodia gordonii does is trick your brain into thinking you are full. The idea behind hoodia diet pills is that if they make you feel full, you'll eat less. In a nutshell, hoodia diet pills are just appetite suppressants.
Since all they do is curb your appetite, you still have to do the "heavy lifting." You still need to maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Hoodia diet pills can be an effective weight loss AID, but they are definitely not the sole answer to weight loss.
If you are considering taking hoodia diet pills, make sure you buy authentic hoodia gordonii diet pills. Most of the supplements available today are fake (meaning they contain very little, if any, hoodia gordonii). Only authentic hoodia gordonii has the ability to suppress appetite so it's imperative that you buy a pill that contains it. I've provided a link below to a checklist of what to look for when you buy hoodia diet pills to ensure you are getting the real deal.
The other thing to remember is that it can take several milligrams of hoodia gordonii per day for it to work. Some experts say that it can take as much as 3,000mg per day for it to work. Finally, not everyone responds to hoodia diet pills. Give them a couple weeks (it can take a couple weeks for them to work) and if they don't curb your appetite, then they're probably not going to work for you.
Best of luck to you.

it can but its expensive and can be dangerous, , if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing.

It is only a weight loss aid to help you eat a little less. But you should learn to eat loads of good food not less bad foods. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).
