We bought this book....and I have to tell you it's all simple stuff. Things that you are already most likely doing. For us, we found out that our baby 4mo does not like his huge crib....but would rather be confined to a smaller space....so we adjusted the crib to modify it for him. Thats not to say that he sitll didn't cry...but we had one REALLY REALLY bad week and by the second week he began to have a routine....even though he is only four months old they totally know what is going on. I would just research options online...the book was nothing that we hadn't already read or heard about from others....good luck!!

Is your baby still sleeping in a crib?? Cause if so, you may want to convert him to a toddler bed, and THEN try something new with his sleeping habits. My daughter went into a toddler bed at 14 months, had no problems whatsoever, but before that would wake up in the middle of the night in her crib. My Pedi said it was probably from her bumping the sides of the crib, and that can't feel too good! GOOD LUCK!!
