Why is everyone's time off by 2 or 3 minutes? Every radio station is different.?

Every clock in my house shows a different time. One's as much as 15 minutes fast. As long as I know the approximate time, I'm cool.

it is hard for every clock in the whole country to be synchronised!!! All my clocks say different times!!!
