to kiss or not to kiss?

i really like this guy and he told me that he likes me back. i am having a b-day party this week and if the time is right i would like to kiss him. how should i kiss him and when?

well i don't agree with the first answer... anyway this is my answer. i think that you should get busy. have a little bit of sex. it can't hurt.
