If he is going out of his way to talk to you, then yes, he is interested. Trust me. Just give the boy a BIG HINT (like, "I was planning to go see have you seen it yet?") If the boy doesn't see that hint, then maybe he's not the one for you. A romantic comedy is always a safe bet, give you some time together, a topic to talk about, and you can check to see if he has a sense of humor...and how mature the sense of humor is.

Plan to have a get together party just for the fun of it. Go to the store and when you are talking mention that you are having some friends over for a get together on such a night and that if he would like to come that you would like that. It gives you both a chance toget to know each other at the party if he comes. If he is interested he will come to it.
Good luck!

well...dont go out of ur way to look desperate or anything. (just a heads up, not saying you are!) but maybe the next time u go in to Target, ask when he gets off. if its soon, then suggest going to get something to eat or to the mall or something. maybe ask him if the store carries ur favorite movie, and ask him to show you where it is. initiate some conversation, but dont let it go farther than a normal friend thing. since u dont know him very well, jus take it slow and let the feelings develop. u dont wanna rush it and end up ruining things. just show him a lil interest, but dont seem too eager. let nature take its course, and before long youll know if hes interested or not.
good luck!

First of all, respond directly to what he said, for example, if he said, "hi, there! what is your name" you should tell him your name and ask for his. This is just an example. However, you should just ask him out for coffee or dinner. See his response.
If he agrees, take him to a local cafe and have a deep conversation to get to know each other. Later, if the initial date is successful, you can later go out to movies and other fun things, like an amusement park.

Say something witty like "You know, Im running out of money because I keep coming to Target waiting for you to ask me out". Then tell him you have enough candles, vases, etc to last 4 years and you cant go there any more because your credit card is maxed out.
Its risky, but for me a witty girl is the most attractive.

Talk to him about anything that doesn't sound stupid or condescending. You don't need to be flirtatiously stupid-appearing since he already appears interested in you. An appropriate date maybe a movie, or a dance club.

You should write your number down as you are getting in line and give it to him. A very casual 'date' would be meeting up for coffee. Pick a place that offers alternatives to coffee like tea, chi or italian soda in case you or he doesn't drink it.

Just ask him if he would like to hang out some time. That doesn't sound like you are pushing things so I say go for it!
