i'm kinna forgetful...i know today is Hash day...but when does Lent start? did it start already or does it start today?? thank u...also when does it end?

it starts today (Ash Wednesday, not Hash day) and ends on Easter. that's forty days away, but only on the sunday after (making it more than 40 days oddly enough)

Lent starts on Ash Wednesday, lasts 40 days not counting Sundays and ends on Holy Saturday, the day before Easter.
In 2007, Ash Wednesday will fall on February 21 and Easter on April 8.

Lent begins today and lasts until the evening of Holy Thursday (April 5). Holy Thursday begins the three days of the Easter Triduum.
