I've lost 5 stone in 3 years.Basically I cut out all stuff like crisps biscuits and chocolate,then ate a healthy diet .I try to eat fresh veg and fruit every day and exercise every day as well.I do sometimes fall off the wagon and eat crips and chocolate, but it just means I have to work out a bit longer and harder.I also have a photo of myself as I was and everytime I look at that it reminds me how big I was and makes me even more determined to carry on. I had the most success with a diet from A1diet.net. I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks and have kept it off for 6 years now!!

Its very simple, really, and 100% succesful but needs discipline...
Run for 15 or 20 minutes everymorning ( or more if possible),eat very light at night...like fruits and such...and better if you just drink a little water or a cup of something hot..eat a very heavy breakfast, with healthy nutrients of course, like fruits bread cheese, maybe some jam from time to time, eat vegetables in the morning,like tomato and cuncumbers,(not a salad, just salt them a little)..and thats it...if you have a very sweet tooth, then try eating the sweets only in the morning, not before 13 pm...at lunch eat well, a big salad, and meat(fish,chicken,beef...avoid pork cause very rich in lipids), you shouldnt get off the table filled....and nooo dinnerrrr thats the most important thing..

I have been on a low carb diet for about 3 months and I have lost 3.6 stones (about 50 lbs) and 8 belt notches off my weight.
There is nothing really too special about it, just no sweets. No sugar. No breads or grains... Read packaging. I went from 300+ carbs a day to about 30+. I am still losing weight. I am going to do it for about 6 months, and we shall see where it gets me.

i am doing diet in these days before one week and i lose around 2 kilos 4 pounds..
i just eat breakfast normally chocolate milk and some bread at 9 am
then the lunch at 12 pm salad and meat
then at 6 pm salad
nothing between the meals and u will lose weight not fast food no foods between meals no food after 6pm and u will lose weight believe me ... good luck tell me what it work

joining www.xanga.com has helped me more than any diet could. there are so many ana and mia people on there but its inspirational and motivates you to lose it all to be "perfect".
