Usually, the answer to fatigue is found within your body's metabolism. Take a careful look at you nutrition and exercise habits. Are you eating well-rounded and nutritious meals? Are you getting enough cardiovascular exercise per week (30 min 5 times per week)? Do you you supplement your diet with a good multi-vitamin? Are you drinking plenty of water (6 8 oz glasses per day)? Are you getting at least 8 hours of non-interupted sleep per night? Are you currently using illicit drugs or excessive alcohol (if so; stop!)? Is it possible you are fighting an infection like a common cold or a more serious condition like mononeucleosis (if so; see your physician)? Most fatigue disorders can be resolved by correcting the suggestions above. Another cause of fatigue is stress (physical or psychological). When your body is under stress; it will release a hormone called Cortisol. Excessive levels of this hormone in your blood stream can really make you feel wiped out. The best way to lower Cortisol levels is by engaging in an activity you really enjoy at least 1 hour a day. Focus only on that activity...let all your troubles fade away for that hour. In some extreme cases; some individuals my require an SSRI or SNRI (Paxil, Lexipro, Prozac, etc..) to aid in stress reduction. Hope this helps.

I dont know how old you are. But it can be your period or your period coming on. Is there a chance your pregnant or have you been depressed. If you feel this way for over 2 weeks please see a dr. It could be something serious.
