I am just turned 30. Female. Considered as hot to most guys...a head turner in fact. Holding a great job. Will I have problems getting a BF?

I do not have personality issues. Great GF as claimed by my Ex.

Sounds to me like you are more likely to have problems choosing the right one out of a whole lot of "candidates".

Why are you asking?

I don't think you need to be afraid of intimidating men with your qualities... it will probably happen but there are also bound to be men who are strong enough inside to value who you are, and those are the interesting ones, aren't they?

Really, I don't understand why you are wondering about having problems getting a BF? What are you worried about?

As far as I can see (and of course I don't know your situation) the question I'd be asking if I were you is: what do I want/need right now?
It may or may not be a BF. I just mean there's no obligation to be with someone. Especially after a breakup you may (or may not) need some time. When you want a BF, I'm sure it will be easy.

It depends on your personality. Looking hot and making good money aren't the only things guys are looking for. They want love, trust, dedication, and humor. Personality traits will get you a sincere long term boyfriend/husband more than looks or money will in the long run.

Are you saying your qualities might intimidate potential suitors?

If so, then you can flirt a bit to show you are available. And consider taking the initiative.
