Hey guys, If a man winks at you when you say goodbye but sorta looks away and smiles does it mean he definately fancies you? Or could it just be a friendly gesture?? For what reasons would you wink at a woman who wasn't a family member? If my instincts say he fancies me am I most likely correct?

I would think that he likes me, but I wouldn't act on a wink alone. I'd need more proof before I did anything rash.
Some guys just don't know how to talk to girls without flirting, I've been caught in this trap, beware! They can't seem to differentiate between being nice, and trying to get them into bed.
See how things go, perhaps do a similar thing to him. Something that is flirtatious, but could be taken as just being nice.

I'd normally wink at someone if I was simply being playful or if I had been winding the up and walked away. It's a difficult one though because it could be seen as flirting, but it all depends on the person and you know this guy better than us.
Anyways you should just ask him if he likes you, it's much easier than trying to work it out - believe me I know!

1. is he a sales man? sales men are commonly known as winkers and you shouldn't take his winking as a sign of flirting.
2. is he single? are you sure he hasn't just developed a nervous twitch around women?
3. if he winks and looks away - are you sure the wink is directed at you.
4. are you basing your whole guess of him fancying you just on this winking stuff.?
personally - I would look for more signs than winking when judging if someone fancies me.

i h8 2 break it 2 ya but it is more than likely a friendly gesture . i've had loads of guys wink at me some r a lot older dan me nd some of them i've only just met.
sometimes it cn b a really nice feeling and make u feel really happy inside.
1 thing i will say 2 u is dat if he is around da same age as u nd u kind know him den there is no harm in getting into a convosation wit him nd seeing where it cud tke u

You don't even need to trust your instincts - there are three possibilities. 1: he's gay. 2: he's entirely secure with an existing relationship or 3: he fancies the pants off you!!! If you like him, go and disprove 1 and 2, and then you're all set for a wild ride...!!!!

I do it often to everyone, kids, adults both and female. Maybe, I guess it depends on the person doing the winking. Some guys do it as part of their charm :P others are just flirty.

He wants to make mad passionate love with you.
If he contacts you you know what to do now.
Be sure though that if you meet you dont have mad passionate sex for at least 6 months & see if he has the staying power. then you will know if he is right for you.
