i wonder why cant i find words or objects to talk about when i chat people what objects do you syggest to talk about

Stick to what you know about. Also, you could read about specific things and talk about them.
You are probably saying you are shy when it comes to the girls. Talk about what they like. Research, so you look like you know what you are talking about. If you understand the subject, you probably won't be so nervous. Why don't you get on a singles chat line and practice there first?

The first things that come to mind. Once you start talking then things will just began to flow. Take time with it though and do not be concerned about trying to find a conversational topic because as I said, once you start talking, other things will come to mind. But the key is to keep them coming one after another, just not too many topics at once though....Get on a topic and stretch it, talk about everything you can think of concerning that topic

it's best to talk about things that interest you, then you'll be inspired and have ideas and even sound like you know what you're talking about! be careful though, you don't want to be a bore... stick to your hobbies, tv that you watch, movies, current events.... pets, sports, your friends, what makes you happy, what makes you sad....
stay away from boring things and things that piss people off, unless you like confrontation... that would be politics and religion.
