day 1 - 200 calories
day 2 - 400 calories
day 3 - 600 calories
day 4 - 800 calories
and repeat, starting day 5 - 200 calories
Was wondering if anyone tried it. I heard you lose alot of weight and it confuses your body's metabolism and your metabolism rate won't drop.

No, but I'll make up one for you: Put a meal on your plate, and have a spare plate handy. Put one bite on the spare plate (1). Put one bite in your mouth (2). Put one on the spare plate (3). One in your mouth (4).

You get it. No cheating and giving all the peas odd numbers and the brownie sunday even numbers.
