Yes. Dogs can sense a very small changes in your body such as trembling and sweat. Just as animals know an earthquake is coming before we do. The vibration is there but to small for us to feel. And as said above their hearing can detect the smallest change which they know is something bad, usually.

It is a number of different changes. Dogs and other animals are more attuned to slight changes in people than other humans are, this is part of the reason a person needs to bond with a seizure dog for some time before the detection becomes very accurate.

They detect the visual diffences that people do not pay attention to. They also can feel a diffence when you are not feeling well. Animals hat have a strong bond can do this. My beagle sits with me and will lick my eyes and cry every time before I have a seizure. I am epileptic. She can detect before I can sometimes.

Probably. There are chemical changes that go on in a person's body before a seizure strikes. Dogs are certainly able to smell those chemicals in us.

There hearing is more likely the culprit. They can hear you breathing irregulary.
