You cant miss an orgasm once you have had one. Once people have this, they will begin to act like insane people and do many stupid things. What your boyfriend is asking for is for you to do phone sex in which there is mutal masturbation until there is an orgasm. If you really dont know what an orgasm is, you probably need to experiment on your own body. Go get a good movie or book that explains masturbation. Once you have an orgasm you'll never have to ask this question again.

A. Why would your fiancee want you to have an orgasim over the phone? If you were SERIOUSLY engaged then he could just come over to your house and give you some.
B. How could you be getting married and not know what a orgasim was?
