My female coworker of mine laughs at alot of things I say and do. I don't think i'm that funny. She also get very close to me and touches me alot. Could she possible have a crush?

Possible, but equally likely is that she is just more extroverted and physical than you - that will often seem indistinguishable from a crush to the more introverted party.

Personaly I think she does but she may just be a really friendly person or she may just like you as a friend but I really think she likes you.
